Flower Bed Finished ~ Landon & Mom

Sunday was the last day of Landon's Spring Break and the two of us went to the Garden Center to buy the plants for the Front Flower Bed. Landon was going to draw a plan with his Engineering skills, but never got around to doing that.... both of us had been looking at flower beds around the Houston area to find plants that we wanted to use. Hopefully, we picked a good variety of things that will grow well here. It looks great anyway!

Landon's must be an "alcoholic gardener" as he picked the Begonias and when we got home the two that he picked we named 'Whiskey' and 'Vodka' ! We laughed about the names of the begonia's in the flower bed!

Pray for the plants to grow in the shade of the oak tree which is problematic for grass and plants due to the shade. Between the Hurricane and the shade tree .... our grass needs some attention this year as well. Praying for the fertilizer to WORK miracles!
