When we arrived at the Yoga Studio this morning ~ we discovered the paint company next door had spilled paint thinner on their floor and the smell had taken over the Yoga studio as well. There was no way we could do a class in that Studio.....in fact, all the yoga merchandise is probably ruined as well by the smell in there.
So, we all went to the neighborhood park to practice this morning. It was a beautiful sunny day and the breeze was wonderful. We enjoyed the blue sky and the blue lake waters and just had a great practice in the grass.
Attached are some pictures of the 2nd class which was smaller, we had 14 in our class earlier. I didn't have my camera at the time, but, ran home and got it to take some pictures.
