Hustle and Bustle around here trying to get ready for tomorrow.....the kids have been in and out today and we have rushed here and there getting last minute gift cards, etc.
Just doesn't seem like Christmas too much - yesterday was 74 degrees...today the wind has blown and blown and it's 50 degrees or so. VERY COLD (to me) !
Also, last Christmas we had Kayla in Texas Children's Hospital with asthma problems....that was a unusual Christmas too.
This year with the economy and America issues going on that have not been too positive....I guess it just doesn't seem like Christmas time.
Also, we have a good friend that is battling a terrible Cancer and another just had knee surgery and is in pain and slowly recovering. Libby (writing) has had 5-6 sinus infections this past year and is battling another one so not feeling well makes Christmas all different too. I don't remember being ill before on Christmas.
But, the memory of Jesus' Birth and the miracle of Christmas is what it is really all about anyway....so, we are going to have a wonderful Christmas this year and enjoy our family and all the good memories.
Merry Christmas to Oklahoma, Kansas, Mississippi, Arizona family members.....hope I didn't miss anyone!
