Pearland played Euless Trinity in the State 5A / Division I finals game at the Cowboy Stadium in Dallas, TX. They call it "Jerry's World" and it's quite amazing in design and comfort for guests. I guess they pay for those nice leather seats to attend events there.
Pearland WON - 28 - 24 in an amazing game that allowed Pearland to WIN their first ever STATE TITLE CHAMPIONSHIP ! We were quite excited and had our cars painted to reflect the STATE BOUND on the way to the game and changed to STATE CHAMPS on the way home.
Libby and David attended....David was in the suite section with Pearland High School and Libby sat on the 30 yard line - but, you could see anywhere in that stadium due to the huge jumbo tron over the field!
